THE WEEK BEFORE CHRISTMAS

This week before Christmas, with everyone so busy
Baking goodies for loved ones, and shopping in the city

But let us not forget why we celebrate this season
For it is the birth of Jesus, He is the real reason

This glorious Gift from heaven, God’s very own Son
Brought Salvation to all who receive this Holy One

So open your heart and let Him in
His Power will deliver you from the shame of sin

Christmas Time is filled with joy, laughter, and love
All because of God’s Gift of Jesus from above.
